I am a passionate believer in the timeless tradition of bringing people together through live gatherings and the sensual medium of fine cuisine. I am also inspired by opportunities to facilitate cross-cultural exchange, and open eyes to the joy of nurturing the planet we share.
I founded Chilipepper Events in 2001 after successful tenures at Winslow & Associates in event planning; Ambit International in technology industry, conferences and tradeshows; and as a consultant with Rita Barela Productions. From the outset, Chilipepper Eventâ€™s focus was on culinary events, and restaurant and hospitality promotions. I am a founding member of the Asian Chefs Association and served as Executive Director for several years.
Over time, my approach to events has been influenced by an increasing awareness of environmental and civic issues, and an appreciation for local, organic foods that serve my clients and guests as richly as they serve the environment. It is from this discovery, and a wealth of experience, that I developed my signature Intelligent Eventsâ„˘ process. Keeping my clientâ€™s vision always at the center, I offer the creative, organizational and logistical expertise required to exceed their expectations, year
